Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days before the date that the activity is scheduled to commence at no charge. Notice must be given in writing.
If bookings are cancelled within the 30 days before the date on which the activity is scheduled to commence, we will Delete and Charge.
You may re-allocate the Delete and Charged amount, subject to inventory being available, within 3 months from the date in which the Delete and Charge is processed.
